Career Overview of Dr. Altamimi 

After completing the training and getting the Canadian and American Boards in Pediatric Medicine and Pediatric Emergency, Dr. Altamimi started his career on the frontline working as a consultant in the Pediatric Emergency Department at King Khalid University Hospital in 2003. Afterward he worked as the Chairman of Emergency Medicine and an Associate Professor at the College of Medicine until 2007. His experience eventually led him to King Fahad Medical City to be in charge of Emergency Medicine and Employees Health until the end of 2009, after that he became the Associate Executive Director for Medical Administrations until the beginning of 2013. Next, he was the general Supervisor of King Saud Medical City until 2016. He continued his career in the private sector at Al-Habib Medical Group as a Director of Emergency Departments until August 2018. Later he moved back to the Ministry of Health as the CEO of Riyadh First Health Cluster. Dr. Saleh did not leave clinical work in the emergency department until 2018 and he perused working weekly in a pediatric clinic at Al-Muraba’a Primary Healthcare Canter.   

Dr. Altamimi earned his Master of Healthcare Administration from University of Minnesota in 2017. For the following 6 years he participated in the national development through his membership in the Saudi Red Crescent Authority Board of Directors, membership in the Advisory Board of Taif Health Cluster, and the Advisory Board of the Shared Service Group in Health Holding Company.
